• Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) for City Centre, one of the biggest malls in Navi Mumbai.
• Air conditioning for various sub-stations of Tata Power Company.
• Installing air conditioning systems for various building and heavy electrical departments of L&T Limited at Powai, Mumbai.
• HVAC work at Reliance Patalganga’s chemical plant and various Reliance Fresh stores across Mumbai.
• Implementing approximately 512-tonne capacity air conditioning work at Jet Airways’ office in Mumbai.
• Undertook entire air conditioning work at India Infoline’s 11-floor building in Mumbai
• Planned and installed hundreds of packaged air conditioners of various capacities for clients in the film and entertainment industry, including Magnum Studios, Vishal Studios, Director’s Kut Productions, NRI Studios, Gannu Bhaiya Films, and Wizcraft International Entertainment, amongst others
• Implemented complete air conditioning contract for several branches of Kotak Mahindra Bank, Axis Bank, VLCC Slimming Centers, Shoppers Stop, and Croma stores across Mumbai.
• Managed installation and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) for HVAC systems at various malls in Navi Mumbai, such as Bhoomi Mall, Gold City Mall, and Glomax Mall, Ripplz Mall and Affairs Mall.
